Can they do that?
I want to know if I have a case in a wrongful termination lawsuit. I believe he had some personal issues with me that I didn't understand but I was clearly aware of. A week or two before that I had told him this machine needs calibration and he was like no thats an expensive machine, its not the machine its the operator. I was like whatever. Then I emailed him about my supervisor making me stay when there was no work and how I wanted more control over leaving early. I also emailed another supervisor about the calibration needed and demanded reasons if they chose to do nothing about it.

This isn't even remotely close to a wrongful termination under the law. You don't get to have control over your hours, thats the employer's right. You can be terminated for any reason that doesn't violate the law and from your post nothing was done illegaly.
