Angry i did not walk away

I Kenneth on April 7, 2006 went down to the shop and ask Filbert, if he could take a printer out to roll 2. Then filbert said he was working on something, I told him this was more important, he said you do not know what he was working on and start to walk away so I put my hand on his shoulder to stop him to ask him what he was working. That when he went off and said do not touch him. Then that went he put his finger up and said if I touch him again I would be sorry. Then I told him are you treating me that when Andre an other manager came over and told me to walk away so I did after aboit 30 seconds then I heard Filbert tell him what happen and then I walk back over and said that was bull. Andre told me to walk away so I did.

2 weeks befor, I was trying to call Filbert on the radio and he would not answer me. then Gary told me that he told Filbert that I was trying to call him and Filbert told Gary that he don’t f...ing work for me. I ask Filbert why he did not answer me he said that his radio batter was dead so I left it at that.

Last week I told Filbert that Jean wanted him to fix something and he started to walk away from me again so I told him to come back and he did after I raise my voice.

So on 05/04/2006 they fired me because I did not walk away. I told them that I did not know how to react so after about 1 minuets latter an other manager walk up and told me to walk away so after 30 second I did but dreyers said I should have walk away sooner before it came to that point when an other manager had to tell me so
