Question Need Advice,lost Job,was Not Released From Doctor

I Live In Arkansas,i Have Had 4 Back Surgery's 3 I Had While I Was Working With This Ford Auto Dealer.i Am A Auto Mechanic.i Had Surgery On Oct 3,2005 And Filled Out All Of The Fmla Paper Work.had Surgery.the Doctor Removed 2 Disc In My Upper Back,they Did Not Put Anything In Place Of Them.he Said It May Take A Year Before I Am Released To Go Back To Work.the Hr Person Sent Me A Letter After My 12 Wk Flma Had Ran Out Stating That I Must Return To Work By This Certant Date With A Fitness For Duty Certificate And A Doctors Release Form For A 100% Return To Work.i Contacted This Hr Person.i Told Her What My Doctor Said And She Said That Was Ok And She Would Work With My Medical Leave.i Seen My Doctor Every 2 Months And Get Dr's Notes To Give To My Boss.the Last One I Gave To Him Said I Was Still Under His Care And Not Able To Return To Work At This Time.return Appointment Is On May 10,2006.i Received A Letter From This Hr Person On April 5,2006 At The End Of The Day.it Stated That I Must Return To Work On April 10,2006 Because My Leave Has Been Exhausted.i Must Have A Certificate And A Dr's Release If Not Than My Employment Will Be Terminated Or Delayed Until Those Things Were Provided.i Went And Talked To My Boss.told Him I Left A Message With My Dr's Office To Try To Get A Release In The 2 Busness Days.i Asked Him If I Would Be Terminated And If So How Long Would It Take To Get A Letter Stating I Was Fired.he Said I Probly Would Get Fired And Did Not Know How Long The Paper Work Would Take.i Finally Talked To The Dr's Office A Week Later.they Would Like To Check Me Out Before Releasing Me Back To Work.on April 20,2006 Went To Talk To My Boss To Find Out If I Still Had A Job And To Tell Him What The Dr's Office Said.he Said I Lost My Job.i Asked Where My Termination Papers Was.he Did Not Know.i Asked For A Copy.he Called Hr Person And He Had To Write One Up,because They Did Not.it Said That I Was Being Terminated Because I Have Exhausted My Fmla And Ithat I Do Not Have A Full Medical Release Yet.and They Also Notifed Me By Mail Before April 10.2006.i Need Some Advice Very Bad.do I Have Any Ground To Stand On To Get My Job Back With Them That I Have Had For 5 Years With Them.i Also Have Diabetes So It Takes A Little Longer To Heal,so I Was Told.since I Have Been Off,i Have No Money Need Some Help.what Sould I Do.i Have Only Been Fired From 2 Jobs In My Hole Life.i Am 32 With 2 Boys And A Wife.the Other Job I Lost Was When I Was 14 Yrs Old Clearing Brush.is There Any Laws That Would Help Me.hope I'm In The Right Place.thanks

Hello there, am sorry about the situation that you are facing. YOu should try to check at the job centre for jobs, and in the meanwhile, try to borrow some money from someone, and get some legal advice about the whole lot. I'll advise you to check out the link below, which has loads of information not only about jobless people, but fathers/husbands who are facing financial crisis at home.
