I Filed A Charge With The E.e.o.c. Determination Was Made
Letter Of Right To Sue Will Be Issued Within Twenty Days. My Employer Originally Wanted To Mediate Upon Reciept Of Charges Filed .However Due To Having Surgery Timing Was Not Good. Eeoc Continued Investigation And Outcome Was Letter Of Right To Sue... I Am Very Aware Of He Fact That I Have 90 Days In Which To File Charges In Civil Court....charges Filed Were Discrimination (disability). However Employer Is Government Contractor Held By Article 503 Of The Rehabilitation Act.I Requested An Accommodation.to Which The Employer Refused To Engage.upon Disclosure Of New Medical Condition, I Was Terminated...my Confusion Is .......Can I Not File Charges Under The Rehabilitation Act? And If So How And Where Do I File? STILL SEEKING An Attourney!ANOTHER QUESTION?>>> ARE THERE OTHER AVENUES FOR ME AS FAR AS HOLDING THEM ACCOUNTABLE IN THE STATE IN WHICH I LIVE?AZ. I WOULD APPREICIATE MORE INPUT..(KNOWLEDGE) THE BEST WEAPON WHICH TO HAVE IN BATTLE!!!! |

You have already filed a complaint with the EEOC and as you already stated they issuing a right to sue letter. Your disablitiy is under the ADA and enforced by the EEOC. Find an attorney to take your case and file suit within the 90 day alloted time.
