Sorta Complicated?

I was injured at work. The company I worked for decided I was not injured as part of my job. I filed an appeal to State level. 5 days after I filed my appeal I was terminated.

I have won all my appeals. Now, my lawyer tells me I need a Employment Lawyer because of Wrongful Termination and Retaliatory Practice.

Any suggestions or directions?

I was injured in Nevada.
