is this prejudice

I was recently terminated from employment due to a coworker complaint.
my coworker claimed that I repeated a vulgar comment that i was asked to by another employee,this comment made my coworker uncomfortable. But there was no investigation. I never actually verbalized the comment. There is three peolpe that can verify that i never spoke the words in question.
The company i worked for made the decision to terminate my employment without even asking me or the or the other people that were there if i spoke the words in the complaint. Is this a prejudice decision.
