I worked this job four months, spent three weeks in illinois for management training, came home and was promoted to gm and then two weeks later i am told that i am terminated due to multiple write-ups, that by the by, were never presented to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!

I don't understand why the sudden shift in everyone's attitude
