I said right then and there I wasn't interested. I felt it was unsafe being a female working in the middle of the jungle was not a safe working enviroment. They have a major inspection to perform on an aircraft that will take all winter. I could have easily stayed here and performed that inspection. They said their policy changed and they are an International company. At no time did they hand out any such change. About a month prior I received an email from the supervisor stating that he hopes that I will sta with the company this winter and next summer. That I was an asset to the program. He and everyone he had talked to enjoyed working with me. So what's up? Do I have a case? I save the email I received from the supervisor.

That would depend on whether or not you reside in an "at will" employment state. If your employer terminated you for any reasons listed on the following link: http://www.legalmatch.com/law-librar...minations.html, you may have cause for a wrongful termination suit, but typically, that's not easy to prove.(In my opinion.) Check your company policy regarding termination procedures to make certain you were terminated in accordance with standard procedure; I'd also suggest contacting your local labor board as well to see if there's recourse on a local level and if you're still not convinced, I'd recommend a legal consultation as well. Based on what you've posted and that the employer did in fact change policy after your original hire date, unfortunately I don't see sufficient circumstances that would allow you to prevail here. A few telephone calls on your end may come up with something else entirely. Good luck.
