Is it right that a company can fire you or hold aginst "give points twards termination" the fact that you need to take your kids to the doctor or miss a few hours to pick up your sick child from school and what about if yourself has some medical problems nothing more serious that just a couple doc visits it has not happined yet but a few co workers are up to there last point and i am about half way there
