I am an "at will" employee. I have been terminated but I believe it was cause of my sexual orientation. Comments have been made to me regarding my being gay at the workplace and I reported it but nothing was done. Now I was fired. I don't know...

Wrongful Termination of "At Will" Employees occurs when:

Also, an employer cannot terminate you if you file a claim based on discrimination or if you are participating in an investigation based on discrimination.
