Default is this wrongful termination

I was hurt at work and took a drug test and it came back positive. My employer has a no tolerance policy, but my boss told me he would work with me and told me to go through a abuse program. Told me it was up to me to find one and to let them no when i did and get them confirmation of me starting. Ok I did this and when i met with the man for first time this is the report he gave me and sent to my employer

I met with ****** ********** in my office today (07/27/2006) for the purpose of conducting a substance abuse assessment.
Based upon my interview/ assessment, I am not recommending any intervention or treatment at this time. He does not meet the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for substance abuse or dependence. I also gave him a urine drug screen. He was negative for all substances tested (cocaine, amphetamines, methamphetamine, THC, methadone, opiates, PCP, barbiturates, and benzodiazepines).

If you have any questions, please let me know.

ok 2 weeks later they contact me and say that they are giving me 2 options iether resign or be termenated. ok in the drug policy i sign when started working there it says if i go to them and say i have a problem then they will refer me to proper program.
they told me it was up to me and now they say that the one i went to should have made me go through program and they did not. I can't make them let me go through it so do i have anythign to stand on legally with them?
