union's non support of member
Can you fight the following:
Hired by company after job was posted through the local union. Now other union employees are filing grievance against the position that went through all proper channels before hire. Basically the union I am paying into is in support of those who want to take my job away from me. If they are able to get away with this, is there a valid case against them?
