Wronged in every sense of the word

Wrongful termination, defamation, retaliation, and if that’s not enough, Arrested! This has turned my whole world in a tailspin, and this is putting it very very lightly.

Head teller at a employment at will state, took funeral leave while on third day of leave, received a call from boss, telling me to bring in bank keys, that I have been let go for Job Abandonment. After which I was denied 3 times for workers compensation due to employer’s false allegations. Five months after last date worked, was charged for felony theft. Two and a half years later, and I am still awaiting trial after not finding employment due to arrest on record. My Question is: is there a statue limit on my time to counter sue once I have been exonerated from original false allegations?
