Corporate credit cards?
My company provided our personal information, including income, social security numbers and the like, to American Express and secured corporate credit cards in our names. They did this without notice or consent and now require these cards be used (company expenses on personal credit cards will not be reimbursed). I don't qualify for one - my credit history is bad due to being unable to work for most of 2004 while fighting cancer - but job requires travel. I will be terminated if I don't front my expenses. Amex will issue me a card if the company guarantees it but they refuse to. Do I have any recourse for either the release of my personal info or their refusal to guarantee card?
