Default Another thread.... MORE HELP

Guys I need help more then ever...

At my job, I have been told and I quote, "If you dont take blame for this, even if you did NOT do it, you will be looking for a new job."

Background info... I work for an ambulance. One day I reported to my job, and found the truck to have a flat tire. I fixed it, and that was that... Well, I was told my the president of the organization that he saw me driving the truck around all night. Funny thing is, I was about 150 or so miles away in NY. I have proof... Friends, ATM recipets, oh yea PICTURES... But he still made the above comment.....

What exactly was broken law wise... I know this is workplace harassment, kinda extortion to an extent.... and discrimination (where as he violated my ciliv rights)...

I just dont know what to do. If I take blame, I get in trouble, if I dont I get in trouble...

I want to contact a lawyer but I dont want to lose my job, and end up not getting anything out of this....

Thanks for the help!

Tony

Consult an attorney. Your employer will not know unless you tell them. This is the only way you are going to find out what your options are and protect yourself.
