How do you take a comment about "going postal" out of context?
Has he ever expressed his concerns to his superiors?
If he is mentally fit, once the evaluation is completed, his complaints about his coworkers should be given more credence. Perhaps he can use this time away from work to regroup, relax and perhaps even find a more suitable job. |
