Default employment / mold

I recently purchased a property 2 months ago and it was just discovered that the house has Stachybachy Mold and I don't know what recourse I have, I had no disclosure statement at settlement and the previous owner wsa well aware i found out from talking to him and the neighbors, I also have pictures of the situation. Then, I was at work got very ill felt like I was going to pass out and got sharp pain in my head, they sent me to employee health, they sent me to the Emergency room and told me not to return to work til cleared by my family doctor. I was in the Emergency room they treated me then set me in the waiting room til my ride came, I had an allergic reaction to the treatment, 2 fellow employees then wheeled me back to the ER to get treated again for the allergic reaction, i went home and a few days went by I called my boss to inform her that i was going to the doctor to get cleared to return to work and she told me that i was terminated as a no call no show for work, but she had the papers from employee health telling me not to return til cleared. I really dont know what to do next. if someone could help it would be really appreciated

You're not clear about what you want, and what happened as a result of what. However, it appears that you have too many issues for an Internet forum board, anyway. Therefore, consult with a local attorney who knows property/employment law.
