Overtime Requirements
i work in Michigan as a truck driver, i know that my employer doesn't have to pay me overtime because of the way the law is written. my question is this...i am and hourly employee, so can my employer require me to work more than a 40 hr week or more than 8hrs in any given day and if not does anyone know where i can find that legal information, i tried the states web site but found nothing...i would like it for reference.
