Operator and Engineer local 324 denied appeal
I was injured on the job and informed my general foreman whom refused to give me a referral. I informed the Union O and E 324 they told me it was upon the company and how they treat you. Several employees were in his office when giving veral notice and three medical notes within a two month period. Finally the President of the company found outand he gave me a referral immediatly. They kept working me on lite duty until another injury occurred and then I was thrown off company property.Several attemps contacting the union and my representative,they left me hanging.Went to Workers Compensation trial I informed my attorney of a witness list and he assured me that I didn't need them, he said because I had filed on time ! In the mean time I filed a complaint with the EEOC and ADA went to mediation and they offered me 1000.00 dollars. My attorney for that case said come on we'll just see them in court,well time went on and I him to find out the static and he had disappeared on me when I found him he refused to talk to me,but I did get a letter for the Right to Sue from the EEOC and ADA. Meanwhile the Workers Compensation trial the General foreman lied to the Judge and the case was lost. My daughter and I went looking for other opinions and we found that for some reason my attorney for W/C had slacked off according to an attorney that knew him. He said have him sign off and that he would take the case, well he refused. We filed for an appeal and the appeal was denied. I've written to Senator and his reply was to find another attorney and follow through at a Federal level. I wrote to a Congressman and he referred me to the Attorney Grievance Commission, they too denied. I've written or emailed hundreds of attorney's, all State and Federal agencies. No investagations , no resolution from any agencies. Wrote to : FBI , BBB , Labor relations , Govenor , Area Representative , Mayor , CIA , NRCA , Hundreds of Union offices , NIOSHA , News Stations , News Papers , posted a big sign on front lawn and passed out flyers , on top of this my drivers license has been medically suspended . All I,ve wanted is my contract fullfilled. I 've had four surgeries , filed bankruptcy , attempted suicide twice , Still in chronic pain and still need medical attention .
