I Need Help????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????

I was injured on the job but the pain did not start getting bad until after I got off work. The next morning I reported the injury to my employer. She filled out all the paperwork for workman's comp and sent me to the doctor. When I talked directly to the insurance company 3 days later I was informed that the only way they would cover it was if I had reported it when it happened and had to go to the doctor right then. What ever happened to having 24 hours to report an injury? And, what am I supposed to do now? I can't afford to go to the doctor, I am still in so much pain that I end up leaving work early every day. What can I do?? Please give me some advice...

i need help to find the right lawyer for help me to find out some things about new horizon. they a program that help people to leave out on there own, but one thing i being hearing alot of dirt they being doing. just last thrusday i just find out i had another check coming in from the state. but not just me want to know this but its alot of people want to know what new horizon really doing with all the cosumer money. they say they paying the bill, but in my heart i belive they do something else with our money, that they don't have no bussying doing. please find someone to help me. i don't have the money, but i really like to know what they really doing wih ours money. and i don't wont them to know what i'm trying to do.please i really need help. i'm trying to set up plan b just in case.

As in all insurance confrontations, YOU SHOULD CONTINUE TO BADGER THEM POLITELY to pay for your injury treatment. They cannot dictate when your injury makes itself known. Most muscle injuries DON'T show up with pain until the injured area has had time for blood and muscle proteins to settle into the area. Blood infiltrates the damaged muscle and by morning you have pain. It would NOT have shown up the day before unless it was a tear. IT JUST TAKES A WHILE. Get your doctor to put that into writing and take it back to
the insurance person who is trying to deny your claim. They are wrong. You just have to keep after them.
