Federal worker needs help

i was hired until the disablility act, had my hips replaced, and got hurt on the job in 1999, they refused to pay for anything with my treatment's and med's, and so on, it took us 3 years fighting to get a aproved claim through, now we are being maid to pay the bills, and nonbody will help me, one of my dept heads lied to workers comp that i was back doing my job, we don't hqave the money to pay up front for a lawer, because of paying the bills, and now it looks like we will lose our home in the nexst week or so over this injury, does anybody know where or who we can get to help us, i have been wait5ing for over 2 years now for them to pay a schedule aw3ard to me, my doctor has put in writing that i'm 50% disabled from the injury, and there Doctor they sent me too says totol disablied, if i could just get someone too look at what i got from them through a lawer, like he should have they would take it i know for sure, Please someone help us before our house is gone in Missouri
