Hi guys - need some help please! - I am a American girl in love with a Brazilian without a Visa. In September 7, 2005 I applied for his K1 Fiance Visa, the INS request 120 days for processing. Well in January 23, 2006 (+120 days) I called the INS to find out why the delay? but they only send me another letter requesting another 120 days! is that normal? should I call the INS every day to pressure them? our should I just go and marry him in Brazil?
Thank you for all the help! Lenny ![]() Last edited by lennyinca : 03-30-2006 at 04:43 PM. |
