please help me out ...
I ve been livin in the States for about 2 years now and got married like 8 months ago, well things did not go well, my wife cheated on me with her ex and we are planning to divorce now, I still did not receive my permenant residenceship and the greencard, I only have my working permit. Since its a betrayal and infidelity, I have to leave her.Should I make her divorce me or should I go ahead and file for divorce? Do I still have any rights to continue my legal status or what can I do? Please hepl me... I am so down
