H1B expiration
 HiI am wondering if somebody knows when an H1B holder has to leave the country when the visa expires. Mine is expiring on March 15 2007. Should i leave before this date or is there a grace period i could stay till? Thank you for the help Last edited by EBR : 01-09-2006 at 12:53 PM.

10 days!!!!!
Hello - Unfortunately [as I found out recently], you only have 10 days
 after your H1B has expired to leave the country. I knows this sucks, because you are a tax payer  and they do not give much time to sort things out.
