Need to know status of my H1B is valid or not
I entered the US using my L1A visa status with Employer A. Till now i am working with Employer A. I got L1 to H1B transfer with Employer B on 2005. H1B is valid till Sep 2008. But unfortunately I could not able to work with H1B employer. Due to some reason, I went my country and reentered to US using my L1A visa stamping.
I would like to know my H1B is valid or not? If it is valid how do i need to get that H1B extension? I tried to check the status online uscis.gov and it was not showing any status. How to check the status of my H1B? note:- I didn't use my H1B so far --thanks
