Hi,
Thank you for your free service. I am applying to an H1 Visa through my Vendor at the company I work now. The question is the following: I am married and have 1 natural/legal son. My other son is not mine, my wife had him before we got married. For the H4 VISA, is there going to be any problem because of this situation? We have 8 months married, but 3+ years living together. Her son is 7 years old now. Does his natural father needs to go to the interview? What happens if we go to the USA and I start working while the H1 Visa application is processing? Were will interviews be done? Thanks a lot for the help. This service is great to have. RG COSTA RICA |
