Wells Fargo Loan Fraud and wrongful foreclosure.

URGENT - time sensitive - close of escrow date of 3/20/2012 needs to be stopped. Please help me get my house back in San Mateo CA that was wrongfully foreclosed on.

In April 2006, I faxed my paystubs to Wells Fargo Mortgage Agent Scot Liesey and told Scot that was my only income. Scot gave me a pre-approval letter based on these paystubs and my credit report. In May 2006, before making an offer on the house I asked my Realtor Paul VanGelder for a CMA showing every property that sold in this neighborhood in the past 5 years regardless of the condition or features of the property. Paul agreed and provided me a CMA. May 2006 I bid $690K on the house based on the CMA that Paul gave me. I didn’t know until after I bought the house that Paul withheld the low priced solds from the CMA. Scot L filled out the mortgage loan paperwork with income much higher than what I was making. I asked Scot why he inflated my income on the loan documents and he said this amount would be what I would get paid if I had to pay for my own benefits such as medical insurance, dental insurance, 401K matching, ect. Scot said this is how people’s income who get paid benefits is always documented on loan documents and he said to trust him. I told Scot I want to make sure the house is really worth what the CMA that Paul Vangelder gave to me suggested and to recommend how find the best appraiser to ensure the house is worth $690K. Scot said I cannot hire my own appraiser since Wells Fargo requires they use their own approved appraisers. Scot ensured me that Jeff Staintan is one of the best appraisers and he will make sure the house is worth at least $690K. I trusted Paul VanGelder, Scot Liesey and Jeff Stantan so I continued with the purchase of $690K.

Some months after I purchased the house, I applied for a refinance and so Wells Fargo appraised my house again. That Refinance Wells Fargo Appraiser told me I paid too much for house to begin with in June 2006 and showed me the low priced solds prior to May 2006 to prove it. This is how I found out that I paid over $150,000 more than what the property was really worth. A few months later Paul VanGelder was caught using our neighborhood road association money on his personal attorney. A few months later Paul moved from the neighborhood without letting anyone know he was moving. The neighbors believed he left the country due to this activity.

I asked for a principle reduction based on all the fraudulent facts listed above. Wells Fargo kept losing the documents I sent them and never offered a principle reduction. We got a short sale offer for $325K. Wells Fargo informed my real estate agent Melody and myself that we cannot pursue the short sale at the same time we are in the loan modification process. Wells Fargo promised they would postpone the sale date of 1-17-11 while we were in the loan mod process and they refused to allow us to submit our short sale offer because we were in the loan mod process. Wells Fargo messed up and never postponed the sale date and so I was wrongfully foreclosed on.

The house is currently listed at $315K, went into contract on 2/6/2012 with a close of escrow date of 3/20/2012. Due to all the Wells Fargo and their business partners fraudulent activity and Wells Fargo not postponing the sale as they had promised while I was in the loan mod process, this house never should have gone into foreclosure. I want to reclaim this house. I am disabled and unemployed and need a contingency attorney to help me reclaim this house. PLease let me know of an attorney who can take this case on a contingency basis.
Thanks,
Issie
