Unhappy Annoying neighbor

My next door neighbor allowed me to connect my fence to his existing fence last year. His fence is set back 6-8 feet onto his property, so my fence would actually be built on his property. The issue is he does not like me for a number of reasons and has asked me to femove the fence i built that is on his property. Do i have any rights here?

Default Annoying neighbor

Actually because it is on his side of the property you might have to just tear it down. The best thing to have done is have it in writing that he allowed you to do this. I know what it is like to not have a neighbor not liking you for may reasons, at least he has reasons I have a neighbor who does not like my family for unknown reasons. Best thing to do is take the fence out and put it on your side of the property. How long has the fence been up? You might want to also check the law library in your state to see if there is any recourse that you may want to do.
