Default Water well easement

We have lived in our home in a rural area for 10 years. We bought the home with the understanding that our main water well was just over the property line because when the well was dug, the "crock" of the well was mistakenly set to the south of the property line instead of the north. We do have a perpetual easement to that well because of this situation. Up until now, we have never had any problems.
Our "nice" neighbors sold the home and the new owners say that it is their well and they can do what they want, including tapping into it. We have given a copy of the easement to them and their attorney. THey don't care.
I am a wreck over this. The new neighbors have gone so far as to put up a fence so that we cannot get access to the well.

What can we do?

Default Well easement

I deal with easements in my realestate all the time if you could fax or email me the recorded easement you have on file i would be happy to look it over.
