I sold a manufactured home and it was installed on the land of the purchaser. The purchaser closed on a construction loan and I received a partial payment (about 1/4). Due to credit problems, the purchaser was unable to close on his final loan to pay off the construction loan. The purchaser subsequently abandoned the home and signed title to the land over to the lender. The lender refuses to pay me for the home and I still have title to it. Can I enter onto the lender's land and remove the home?
