need some advice

i have a problem. i was a nice guy and let my pack rat ex girl freind stay in the house when i moved out. the house is in my name. the loan for the house and the credit card are in my name.

Now due to her haveing non running cars parked in drive and a mess in the back yard. we have the city on us. first to clean up the outside wich was done. and now they say i have to have a rental certificate since i dont live there and she does.

she got the down payment so that we could get the house with out haveing to get 2 loans. she feels she should have her name on the title due to that.

when i left i told her she could stay long as she made the house payments and paid the utitiles and got them in her name. wich she did. i also on more then one occasion told her to get rid of cars and she didnt.

i am not sure where i stand. any help or suggestions would be apprecated. thank you for your time.
