Default Question on title involving fraud

I was the whistleblower on a neighbor from hell who was fraudently obtaining USDA rent subsidies. He swore under oath that he and his wife were indegent in order to obtain uSDA rent subsidies. I exposed him when I showed he had a large number of real estate assets. When he was confronted about hid fraud, he quitclaimed all his real estate assets to his son who had the same name. The son died and the deceased's sister obtained the 40 acres next to us in the probate. The sister is now challenging our half mile fence line on our farm property we have lived on for twenty three years. I am sure we have an airtight adverse possesion case but I am wondering if we can challenge the title she obtained through the probate. The transfer of assets to the son was an attempt to hide assets from the US govt, hence the transfer by quitclaim involved a fraud against the US govt. Does the fraud cloud the status of the title? The probate was not advertised locally even though the son was a local resident. We found out very late into the probate yet filed a million dollar claim against the estate for damages to our farm and family incurred by the cattle and criminal actions of the son. Can we challenge the title passed to the son since the transfer involved fraud and was motivated by a criminal action and involved the attempt to hide the assets from the US govt? Thanks very much!

Default second question on same neighbor

The illegal, felony dumping of hundreds of toxic hazards have been dumped into land fissures on this property. I have contacted county, state and federal agencies with solid evidence but, they don't want to take action citing reason of too expensive to clean up. The real bad thing is the water table is being contaminated and the city municipal water well is only 3/4 of a mile away. What can a citizen do to force these corrupt government agencies to take action? ~living next to the neighbor from hell
