harassing neighbor

I have a next door neighbor who continually harasses me and my children whenever we go outside - she usuallly is using foul language and had caused an enormous amount of grief for me and my family - is there anything I can do legally to put a stop to this other than selling my home??? I have lost time from work and spend money to deal with her false statements.
