Contract to Marry
My future wife and I want to take a break from our relationship for a while (~ one year) to give space for ourselves. However, we are very committed to each other, and want nothing but to marry. However, I want to officialize the future marriage by having us sign some sort of contract that legally binds us to marriage (with penalties if one person wants to opt out.. perhaps). She is willing to sign.
Is there ANYTHING like a legal document or contract for making sure two individuals will tie the knot?
