My house has been raided 2x's in the past 5years. Both times on suspiscion of drug activity. Both times the DA made the police throw out the charges of drug trafficing but both times I've been given tickets for possession of marijuana this second time under 2grams of weed. I believe this police harassment as they keep pushing the issue of us being drug dealers. When we are four single males. My retired father, my brother, my roomate, and myself. All of us being bachelors we have 2-3 girls we may be talking to/dating. They come and go and none of us keep regular hours. They said due to the "high traffic" they kicked in the door for suspiscion of drug activity. This is hte second time, and both times they have failed to prove their point and failed to obtain any substantial evidence. This is running the name and reputation of me and my family apart. Some family members don't even want to associate with us, and all of our neighbors see the police raiding my house. Making it out to seem it is more than it is. I NEED A LAWYER who specializes in police harassment and misconduct. This is a classic case. I live in a small municipality in a larger county. I live in Brown Deer Wi, a small suburb of Milwaukee, and these cops are acting more like campus security harassing us, than officers. The judge and DA has reprimanded the Brown Deer police in front of us and apologized for their actions for their bogus police raids. But frankly that isn't enough this time. This is the second time, I want my reprimations. Contact me if you are a serious attorney or attorney representative. I think this is an open and shut case of misconduct.
