violated

I was recently arrested on a drugtrafficking charge and during the strip search at the hancock county jail 2 D.E.A. officers who were male came into the womens bathroom where I was naked and being searched by a female officer and they choked me and manhandled me while I was naked and begged them to stop.I feel so violated and upon receiving my discovery there was no denial as to what they had done but they state to me they were well within their rights because they thought I had swalloweed drugs but after the incident they brought me to hospital and got a warrant to fully search me which included an xray. The search and xray showed that there were NO drugs. The DEA did a bail check on me last week and made rude and humiliating remarks about the incident and I continue to feel violated. Is there any action I can take to make them accountable?

I would tend to agree with you. However, the law is about what you can prove. Proving you were treated in an unreasonable manner would be difficult. Lets face it, the experience isn't really pleasant, even under the "best" of circumstances. You could talk to an attorney but my feeling is it is a long shot.

Well theas I said I can prove that it happened because in my discovery it said what happened and I imagine they would have denied it but sg.Sullivan the female correction officer wasnt going to lie so therefor the truths in writing. The continuas harrasment with their degrading and arrogant remarks Im sure I cant prove but I feel they need to be responsible for acting as they did and theyre so smug about it all.I really dont have the money for an attorney and they know that which makes me so angry yet I feel compelled to do something to hold them accountable and thats why I came on this in hopes that someone could give me advice or steer me in the right direction.
