police chief violates my personal life and civil rights

yes i have a problem with the chief of police in my town i have been seeing an officer there for a little over a year now with no problems until recently now the chief is coming to my job taking me in the woods threatening my job threatening my pure existence if i continue to see this man which i never see at my job or while he's on his! he came back and carried thru his threat by talking to my boss feeding his some lies to make him think that im using his business to spread rumors about the police department. he follows me when im in town, hes got my job also threatening me that "they will assume i quit"if they hear i havent left this man alone doing the same thing as the chief of police.trying to control what we do in a personal time as citizens in this country violating our rights to live in this "FREE COUNTRY". he has also been hiding across the street or had the captain do it to watch me when i leave work, and hes now driving by my house not in town with pd car! Do i have a case?

Something is missing from your recounting of this unfortunate and disturbing tale-----an answer to the question WHY?

What man in a position of authority would risk not only his job, but public humiliation, not to mention criminal charges which would put him in jail with the same people HE helped put there, to scare a girlfriend of a police officer into stop dating him?

Whats missing here? What is the motivation behind his caring who the cop dates? Something huge is missing.

ive tryed to figure out why as well only other facts i have is he's been sued twice on similar charges and he lost and i thought to myself maybe because the officer im seeing is black and im white? im not sure all i do know is he just keeps coming at me! the rumor around is that most of the guys in the pd are sleeping around town so he wants to make it look like thats what me and this guy r doing but as i told him i have my own cribb with two beds a floor and even a table i dont have to go out in the woods that wasnt good enough for him!

And, as a matter of fact, if the chief had former charges like yours and lost, he would be in jail.

What does he SAY to you? Surely if all of these incidents and interactions are happening he says SOMETHING TO YOU.

neither one of are married and he said that nothing has been said to him that the chief knows he's(the chief) wrong and he figures i dont know the laws where as he(the officer) does.

the police department paid out over 200,000.00 dollars for that one and i dont know why he wasnt arrested or fired all i heard on that was he was harassing the man and had him arrested under false charges.
