lied to get a restraining order

it started on the road. the person said i made an unsafe lane change in front of her. she was behind me then pulled beside me in the right turn lane like she was going to make a right turn but didn't she got up close on the bumper of the car in front of me and squeezed me out of place i gave way and got behind her we both live in the same complex she parked and i did also i then walked over to her and told her what she did was wrong and that when she said i made an unsafe lane change . i said that dosn't make what u did right she had called her boyfriend so her met her in the parking lot. i told her next time i would give way and let her hit me and she wouldn't make it home in her new car. he said are u threating her.i said dude i'm not talking to u. he kept repeating it and she started say it also. i repeated what i said about not giving way he kept saying are u threating her after the 15 time i said take how u want . she called the police i walked my wife and child into
the house and went back outside the police were there. she and her b/f told the police i park my car and ran off and that i didn't live there .they talked to them and then me . they told the police i threatin her saying i said next time she won't make it home in her new car. i told them my side and they said sometimes people when upset don't listen well and here what they want to here. they shook my hand and left. a week later i was walking to my
apt when the b/f was walking towards me as we passed he said hi i said a**hole and kept walking. the b/f turned around and walked towards me he said see why do u have to act like that why did u call me an a**hole what's ur problem. i said i don't like u and ur g/f was wrong doing what she did i had my wife and child in the car. and then u call the police like i'm some criminal u two got nerve. he said u shouldn't have threaten her i said i didn't. he then accused me if drinking and driving i said no i wasn't he said u smell like beer and u have a bottle with u now (it was unopened) i said so i wasn't drinking and driving.he said u got it at 7-11 which is 4 blocks away (south) and u are coming from the parking lot(which is north of the complex) so u had to drive cause u didn't walk. i said how do u know that, did u see me driving, he said no but it's obvious.i said whatever he said i'm going to document it and report it. i said do what ever u want and when ur wrong i will sue u 4 filling a false report so go ahead. i laughed .he then said so ur just a hothead aren't u ,i said who me ,he said yes u just a hothead. i laughed again and said me a hothead dude u don't even know me,or what i do for a living and u call me a hothead(i laugh again). he said what do u do? i said why do u want to know, he said i'm just curious. i said what do u do for a living he said i'm in law inforcement i laughed and said yea right..whatever dude.he again asked
me what i do i said i don't need to answer u, he said why, i said who are u to question me, he said see your a hothead i laughed whatever dude. i said you're stupid and this conversation is getting boring, so u don't like me i don't ike u so next time don't waste ur time trying to talk to me or bother saying hi. save us both the trouble ignore me cause i will u. i'm just going to keep saying hi. i said why. he said cause i know it irratates the hell out of u. i said whatever, dude do u think i stay up late thinking about u?, do u think
i spend my days worring about u? he said yes. (i laugh) sory to dissapoint u but not!.. ur not that important. he said i'm still gonna say hi. i said i'll respond the same way. he said by calling me an asshole. i said yep sooner or later you'll get the message and stop saying hi to me. he said well this conversation is over. i said no problem, and by the way just to make u feel stupid bout me drinking and driving, yes i was drinking, no i wasn't driving, i was cleaning my car while i drank a beer and if u don't believe go and ask the
guy still cleaning his car now in the parking lot. yes we talked before i opened it while i was drinking it and after i was done with it, feel stupid now!!. he said whatever, i'm going take care of your family. i said whatever save your breath. i turned and walked to my apt. 6 feet away.
about 3 days later i was leaving my apt heading to the store and saw them walking i went between the building so did they at the other end about 100 feet away. he waved hi u turned walking awayfrom them and fliped them the bird over my shoulder and kept on to the store. about 10 min later my wife called saying the police were there. i returned and talked to them they said they were there cause i gave my neighbor the finger i explained what happened in the incedent before and that just want him not to speak to me or bother me or say hi to me i metioned that he said they was in law inforcement and the cops said the are that why they were there. the cops said u guys should leave each other alone. next time the will have to start writing reports. i said fine with me i just want to be left alone. the cops
then asked me for my id copied the info shook my hand and left. then a week later i get a temp restraining order place on me. my neighor lied in her
declaration to get it.

1st saying i threatened her" saying do thst again and u won't make it home in your pretty little car and and her b/f asked me if i was threating her and i only said take how u want.
2nd was the disagreement, they said he walk by and i called him an asshole out of the blue and i said to him many time " u don't know what i do for a living u don't know what i do" and then the b/f walked away and i called him an asshole and said evertime i saw him i would call him one and be happy to do it.
3rd was me flipping them off while walking away.

they lied and i would like to know my options and what could happen to me nowand what i could do to them for lying and how do i pervail in this matter
and i recently found out she is someone higher up in law inforcement, someone with clout
and she it against me.
so some advice would be great!!
