Coroner stole from my dead mother,police will do nothing

Vent here, hon, but go back and remove your name... use edit and take your name off these posts. You should be aware that there are crazy people out there and on here too. Never put your real name on a blog like this.

YOU can file a complaint at the police department on the person you say tried to run you over. You might have to insist that they take your complaint. Or you can let it go. Your choice.

To the original poster, I have been in your shoes in attempting to right a wrong for a loved one that has passed on. In my case, it was determining who was at fault in the accident that took my husbands life at age 44. After you have exhausted every possibility, after you have gone down every avenue and met with a dead end, there comes a time that you have to look at yourself in the mirror and give yourself permission to say, "I left no stone unturned. I did the best I could." And grieve. And move on.

ONLY you know when you reach that point. But, know that as important as this wrong is to you, ask yourself what price your mother put on you, her child, and your emotional and physical well being. I suspect you are worth more to her than any jewelry or money.

At some point, please consider accepting the outcome of these efforts. If you feel you need to keep trying, then you need to keep trying. But if there comes a point you want to give yourself permission to close this chapter of your life and go on, I hope you will do so.

I think the Lord answered my prayers,i found a lawyer who beleaves in me and that i was done wron.He even saw the coroner on tv putting me down.And my mother.So it s appeal time.He s from out of this little for Goverment only crowd town.I will let you all know how things turn out.
I thank each and everyone of you.And for your prayers.See they do work.And having people to talk to on here has made it alot more easy for me.I think i would have really went crazy.I know i may never get my moms stuff back.But to know that this is my chance to maybe protect other people from her doing it to them,well that makes me feel good.It s like my heart is lighter.One thing i do want to say,is if you really beleave in something,dont stop.There is someone always in worse shape than you.Grace i hope and pray for you that you can get the feeling in your heart that i have now.And thank you for telling me about removing my name,lol,i know there are nutts out there.So i did as you said.I think i got them all.I think maybe this is the first time in 2 years that i can laugh.Smile.Feel good about myself.And i do.All i am after is my rights,and the rights of my mother.God rest her soul.And i will be back here,it s kinda like you all were my shoulder to cry on.And i am always here if anyone needs my shoulder.God Bless you all,DixieGrace

Hi All its been a while since i wrote in,Im glad to say the lawyer i found is really good,and knows his stuff.But it s almost Mothers Day,and i thought it would get easyer.But it does nt.So, for all of you who have lost your Mother,or anyone for that matter God Bless you.And for all you Mothers,a very HAPPY MOTHERS DAY.

I know you have been through the same thing i have.And to you,for all your help and your concern for me,Thank you.For you to be going through the same thing i am kinda,you think of other people first.I keep you in my prayers,always,and you Mother.It seems this time of year with Mothers day a couple days away it harder,but then on the 30th of this month will be the day my Mom died.I feel if the coroner had done her job,i could at least know what really happened to my Mom.You know they say never trust anyone.Well i use to.But now my heart has gone cold.But not to most people.Just people in Goverment here.They are all crooked.Do you know they just brought in a new police cheif here.Not one who has been living here and knows the problems here.But one from Fla.And he was someway involved in a case in Fla. where a young girl got busted for a small amount of marijauna,and was told if she helps them get the dealers,they would let her go on her charge.Well they were to be there to back her up.They were not from what i read,and from what was on Dateline a month or so ago.The girl was murdered.Now they have hired this man to come in and be our police cheif,when we had very good police here that could have filled this spot.What is this world comming to?You know i am no racist,but in this town if you dont know someone in Goverment,or you are not black.You get no where.
For example,when my Mom died,it was a black corner,and they tried to use the race thing on me.Some of my best friends are black.The people who live in my Moms house right now,are black.And there daughter is like my child.When i go to visit there,and i do so just to see this child.Not to check up on my Moms home,because they take such good care of it.I spend time with this child,and when i go to leave she cries.And that hurts.I do things with her,and she is so very special to me,they all are.
But here in Albany,the mayor has body Guards that we pay for,and he is black.The City mananger is black,alot of the commisoners are black.But you know what,when it comes to a white person here,like me when i was searching for a lawyer,no one here wanted to go against the city or the Corner.So i had to go out of town for one.Now one of the ast.fire cheifs done a no no when we had all the rain we got,and got some guys from his station to go and clean his aunts house out from water damage.He is black.And they City says they should handle this matter not the courts.But if you go to www.THEALBANYJOURNAL.COM.Now it was so hard for me to get a lawyer here.Did nt take him long.You really have to go here and read this paper.It s a small one here.But it s one who does not mind telling the truth.And they make sure they look up the laws so as not to judge anyone,by race,or Goverment.They were the only ones who helped tell my storie,no one else wanted to.UNTILL,i went to County comission,they have there own lawyer,and the Corner i have my problems with would not use him.Instead,she goes out and gets the most expensive law firm she could here,she has lots of money,and is black.And i could not find one here for me.But when i went to the meeting all the news crews wanted an interview with me.My frind that was pushing me in my wheel chair told them i had nothing to say.Well i was mad,i said wait,i ll give them a interview.I said all that was on my mind.The just said on the news what the wanted to about my case.When the judge found in her favor with my case,and told me i had to pay her lawyers fees,that was like a slap in the face.This women already took my Moms things,told she gave them to my aunt,which i found to be a lie.And i was to pay her lawyers fees.Bull crap.She ll never get any money from me.I have 2 things on my side,the truth,and a good lawyer.I also have the Good Lord,and if she does nt pay for what she done to me.When judgement day comes she will.I guess what i am trying to say,no matter your color,no matter your being more well off than others.Fight for your rights.Because they are taking all of them from you.You may not think so,but look around.
