If your plates on your vehicle are yours and the stickers are not valid can you be arrested for that? in the the state of colorado city Grand Junction?
Also if a police officer is out of his juridstiction can he pull you over. I was driving from Grand junction to Palisade and a Palisade Police officer said that I had driven over the line and had witnessed me driving eratic while I yeild from 2 lane to a 1 lane. He did not pull me over for 7.5 miles untill I was in palisade in his jurisdiction. Is this legal? Please help??? |
