Please help if you can?
If your plates on your vehicle are yours and the stickers are not valid can you be arrested for that? in the the state of colorado city Grand Junction?
Also if a police officer is out of his juridstiction can he pull you over. I was driving from Grand junction to Palisade and a Palisade Police officer said that I had driven over the line and had witnessed me driving eratic while I yeild from 2 lane to a 1 lane. He did not pull me over for 7.5 miles untill I was in palisade in his jurisdiction. Is this legal? Please help???
