female searched by male cop

my fiance and i were hanging out in a parking lot, a cop pulled up which was fine because we were not doing anything wrong. he said the car smelled like marijuana, and yelled at me, my fiance and my two LITTLE brothers to give him the pot. we told him we didn't have any, he made us all get out of the car and stand by his. another cop pulled up. the first cop tore our car apart,and found a pouch of tobacco and rolling papers (i smoke poor people cigarettes) saying the papers were paraphenelia. the other cop was searching all of us, when it came to my turn to be searched i requested a female cop to search me because i did not feel comfortable with the way he was looking at me, he said no and cuffed me and searched me but when he got to my rearend he did more that a "pat down" he full out squeezed my butt cheek. and then uncuffed me i ended up getting a paraphenelia ticket. i think the cop was wrong and dont think i should have because my cigarette papers were in my purse and no one said he could dig in our stuff. What do i do?

would hire a lieyer and see about suing. The sad thing is if you wern't on their video,or they didn't have it turned on, you may not have much recourse.
