child vs open sepetic tank
14 yr trips and falls into an open septic tank on the american legion property what to do 1 witness and pictures before they covered it up and they have a lawyer as a member the man that running it says he has insurance but none for people like me that don't watch thier kids although he has a rv park and kids running all over property anyway. what should i do

Sue all involved for damages to your child. Write a demand letter first to try and settle. Would even be better if this demand letter came from an attorney.
