Default Sexual harrasement

I have been going to a nail shop where I get my nails done for about 10yrs now on and off. I just had my 2nd child a year ago. after I gave birth to my 2nd child the guy who did my nals at this shop began with comments about drinking breastmilk and getting energy. He would always want me to pull down the zipper on my jacket, sweater or shirt I had on so he could look at my chest area. I always went in with jackets or sweaters. About 4 months ago as he was doing my nails he asked for me to show him my chest and reached in to touch my chest. I snapped at him quickly then he just acted like nothing. I didn't go back for a while but then returned to get my nails done it had been some time in between but then once again he tried it again. Not sure what I can do but I know I won't be going back.

I am not a lawyer but my advice is to contact one and explain you situation, they will consult you on what you can do to right the wrongs this man has done to you. You can post you case at www.legalmatch.com

Your only option is to not go back. We live in America and there are alot of sick people out there who can say what they want.

If he actually laid hands on you a police report should have been filed.
