Default Lost tooth injury

My husband was eating almond ice cream made by a national grocery firm and bit into a petrified almond. It cracked his back tooth in half and had to have it pulled. What can we expect for the grocery chain to pay. He has the almond and the ice cream container it came in. The dentist said he would provide information if need be.
Are we just looking at medical expense's only??
Thanks
Carla

If you are entitled to anything it would be out of pocket expenses i.e. medical expenses. Now you may not get anything as it was an almond in almond ice cream and not say a piece of machinery or a rock or something.

Yes, I understand. But, the almond was dried up and like a piece of wood. Would that make a difference??

Maybe. Your best bet is to seek a consultation with an attorney to find out what he/she thinks about the situation.
