Yesterday I was taken to Carreer limk by capital city cab company in Carlisle. The cab was travleing at 76 mph down 81 south and a state trooper went to pull the cab over and the cab did not want to stop so he tried to run from the cab with me still in the cab.
What can be done about this. Is there a case because I was shaken by the fact that this cab ran from them. : |

Unless you have injuries that have resulted in some sort of monetary damage you probably won't prevail in court. If you are so emotionally distraught over the ride you should seek therapy and document the amount paid to the therapist. If the situation isn't that serious then most likely a court of law will not award you damages.
