Golf Injure

While I was trying hit my ball, someone hit a ball from side tee ground and hit my face. He apologized me, and I asked his name and phone number. I went to emergency room to check my mouth. Fortunately, my bone and teeth were OK. I used my health insurance to go the hospital, but I still need to pay the deductible. I think the golf course does not have liable fot this injure. Can I ask him for the payment?

Thats what I would do. Contact the individual who struck you with the ball and request compensation.

Yeah, contact him and request for compensation. You have the right to ask for compensation since it's his fault why you need to go to the hospital.
