Not Much Time LEFT!

I had a slip and fall injury at a restaurant in my town on Mothers Day of 2005. I injured my right shoulder, (it's not the same anymore) saw a Dr.; went through physical therapy; took pain meds.; had MRI of shoulder, and in the mean time I contacted 2 different attorneys. Spent a month with one, waiting for my medical records and to speak w/ attorney, they denied me their services so I called another larger co. and they denied me over the phone. I called a smaller firm and he said it would be too expensive to get a professional to figure the slipperyness of the floor.

I keep getting frustrated because it's not fair, now before the time runs out
I'm going to try one more time to get help. I don't know why any of them
denied helping me... it's not fair.

So the statue of limitations is 2 yrs. and it will be 2 years this coming Mothers Day 2007.
Do I even have a chance?
