Default Wrongful Death

I need some one to listen to my plea! I had a little brother who died in jail.. It's a long story, but I'll shorten it. Jonny was serving time in a county jail on an old warrant and was in a work release program,he hurt himself on a Tues. and died in his cell early Sat. morning. There is more to this story..

NUMBER 7: New motto: "The criminal is always right!"

NUMBER 6: After a strip search, they take you to dinner and a movie.

NUMBER 4: With each mug shot taken, they get two wallet size prints.

NUMBER 3: Fingerprinting now followed by manicure.

NUMBER 2: Instead of, "You have the right to remain silent," "You have no right to look so fabulous!"

Hurtful? No, you have it the other way around. So, Lady, what do you want? You've said virtually nothing.

Pamela - I am sorry for your loss.

Your best bet is to contact an attorney in the area in which the jail is located. They will be able to review the case and determine whether or not there is a cause of action. Attorneys take wrongful death cases from prisons/jails frequently.

Good luck.

Apparently, that statement means that there have been a lot of other people who haven't, or refused, to "listen" too! You probably won't mind, but please add me to that list.
