First, you need to tell us the FACTS of the incident; e.g., why you fell, and why you believe the homeowner is negligent and liable for your injuries. Also, tell us why you were on the ladder, how many steps up you were when you fell, and what was the surface that the ladder was upon; e.g., level cement, dirt, uneven ground, etc. Did the ladder break causing you to fall?

Did this incident occur in Indiana?
