Marriage to a foreigner with working Visa

Hello,

I have been searching on internet for answers, and came across this great site.

I have been living and working in the US for past 20 years as a Resident Alien, who originally came as a political refugee. My son was born here, and of course is a US citizen, is finishing High School. I have chosen not to apply for US citizenship, because of an agreement my home country (Czech Republic) has with the United States; I would loose my Czech citizenship in case I accept US citizenship.

I want to get married with a man, who is here on working visa from Mexico. I am wondering if he will be elegible for a green card, and how long the process might take.

I will be grateful for your response - thank you!
